DALLAS, TX – November 11, 2013 — Lane Valente Industries, the nation’s leading provider of retail services, announced today that it will be providing a wide range of maintenance services in support of the (700) Walgreen’s stores located in Texas.
Lane Valente Industries will be working closely with CBRE and utilizing their web based platform on all service requests, follow-ups and invoicing performed in Texas. Services performed by Lane Valente include: Heating & Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Plumbing, General Maintenance, Door and Lock and even Exterior Maintenance services. Maintenance services will be self-performed and will be managed locally by one of Lane Valente Industries (3) regional offices.
